IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Morina Development & Investment to introduce Cantonal Hotel Riyadh Noted Collection by IHG, marking the brand’s debut in the Middle East. Launched recently as IHG’s 21st brand, Noted Collection brings together independent hotels with distinctive identities while providing access to IHG’s global platforms and IHG One Rewards.
Scheduled to open by the end of 2026 following a conversion, the 107-key hotel will be located in Riyadh’s Al Olaya commercial district. It will be close to Kingdom Centre Tower, Al Faisaliah Tower and the King Abdullah Financial District. Facilities will include a restaurant, café, rooftop lounge, meeting spaces and an indoor pool.
The signing supports IHG’s expansion in Saudi Arabia as the Kingdom continues to develop its tourism and hospitality sector.
