Rosewood AMAALA has opened in Triple Bay, Saudi Arabia's new wellness destination on the northwestern Red Sea coast, where the Tabuk mountains meet the world's fourth-largest barrier reef.
It marks Rosewood's arrival on a coastline only now open to travellers, offering access to a remarkable part of the Red Sea that has remained largely unexplored until now.
Designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, with interiors by Tristan Auer, the resort spans 40 hectares and features 110 pool villas, a transformative well-being experience at Asaya, and eight restaurants and lounges celebrating the flavours and traditions of Saudi Arabia.
Apart from its accommodations, Rosewood AMAALA features Asaya Wellness & Spa, signature cascading swimming pools, eco-conscious natural rock pools (engineered to protect surrounding coral reefs and turtle nesting grounds), and direct beach access.
Dining and beach venues include Saha (progressive Middle Eastern cuisine in pavilion settings), Olea (Mediterranean cuisine), The Grill Bar & Restaurant (live-fire and charcoal cooking), Puro Cove Club (coastal beach club) and Asaya Lounge (plant-forward, conscious dining and botanical beverages). These are rounded off by indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, yoga spaces, marine/dive excursion access along the barrier reef, and direct connection to Hijazi Mountain trails and coastal routes.
