Wynn Al Marjan Island has introduced its newest luxury accommodation tier, the Townhomes, situated within Enclave, the resort’s dedicated boutique hotel-within-a-hotel.
Designed to emulate grand European hôtels particuliers, the new category expands Enclave’s inventory to 323 keys across suites, apartments, Marina and Ocean Estates, and Townhomes. Available exclusively by reservation, the units sit at the resort's centre, accessed via the Royal Foyer while remaining architecturally insulated to offer complete residential privacy.
The two-level Townhomes represent the largest accommodations developed within Wynn’s global portfolio with two-bedroom (630 sqm) and four-bedroom (1,110 sqm) layouts.

Each Townhome is designed with high-craftsmanship residential detailing, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, grand staircases, and multi-functional entertaining spaces. Each residence features expansive living areas, contemporary kitchens, bars, libraries, billiards and media rooms, complemented by in-residence spas with hammams and tepidariums, private courtyards with plunge pools, and bespoke services including 24-hour butlers, private chefs, chauffeured transport, and exclusive beachfront access.
The addition targets ultra-high-net-worth travellers seeking the seclusion of a private estate combined with immediate access to the broader resort’s entertainment and dining offerings.
