Marriott International has signed an agreement with Özak GYO to launch its first luxury, all-inclusive resort in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive set to open in Türkiye’s Antalya region in 2028.
Located in Kemer, the resort will sit between a forested
landscape and more than 1.2 kilometers of coastline. It is planned to feature
141 guestrooms and suites, including one- to five-bedroom villas designed to
offer greater privacy and personalised experiences.
Neal Jones, President, Europe, Middle East & Africa,
Marriott International, said the project reflects growing demand for luxury
resorts combining premium service and personalised experiences with an
all-inclusive format.
“The signing of The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive
reflects our continued focus on expanding Marriott’s luxury portfolio in
sought-after leisure destinations across Europe, Middle East & Africa. The
project speaks to the evolution of the luxury resort segment, where guests
increasingly seek the exceptional service, refined design and personalised
experiences synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton, delivered within a fully
immersive all-inclusive resort setting.”
The resort is expected to offer multiple dining and bar
venues, entertainment spaces, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, fitness center,
kids club and sports facilities including tennis and padel courts.
Özak GYO Chairman Ahmet Akbalık said the project forms part
of the company’s long-term growth strategy and aims to attract new
international visitor segments to Kemer while strengthening Türkiye’s position
in luxury tourism.
The project was developed in collaboration with hospitality
consultants Servotel, marking the first partnership between Özak GYO and
Marriott International. -TTN
