Chedi Hospitality has partnered with Rawasi Development to explore a new mixed-use mountain destination in Jabal Bausher, Oman. The early-stage project is envisioned as a vertically integrated development featuring a hotel, private residences and lifestyle components, designed to align with the site’s natural terrain and elevation. Building on the legacy of The Chedi Muscat, the partnership reflects a focus on design-led, landscape-driven hospitality. The development will adopt a layered masterplan, integrating hospitality and community spaces across elevations to enhance privacy, views and accessibility.
