Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel has officially opened on Australia’s Sunshine Coast, becoming the region’s first internationally branded new-build hotel in more than 40 years.
Located on Mooloolaba Esplanade overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the 180-room property introduces a contemporary beachside hospitality experience designed around open social spaces, wellness and coastal living.
The hotel features a rooftop pool and terrace, AvaniSpa, AvaniFit and curated local experiences led by dedicated hosts. Dining is centred around Sully’s Rooftop restaurant, led by Executive Chef Marky Godbeer, showcasing seafood-focused cuisine inspired by local produce, including Mooloolaba prawns.
