Raffles Dubai has appointed hospitality veteran, Safwan Abu Risheh as General Manager. He brings over 25 years of luxury hospitality experience across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Mexico. Most recently, Risheh was Managing Director at Rosewood Hotel Georgia, Vancouver.
