Vintage Grand Hotel joins the Marriott portfolio, becoming the area’s only five-star hotel and the first Marriott-branded hotel and executive apartments in the community.

The property’s full transformation will come into fruition in Q1 2026 with the debut of the Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments - a dual-branded destination.

The property features two towers: the hotel tower exuding sophistication and the apartment tower designed for long-term residents.

Offering the largest inventory of rooms and apartments in the area, the hotel caters to a variety of guests, including business travellers and families.

The interiors reflect Marriott's global design ethos, enhancing the guest experience with modern amenities and a diverse dining portfolio.

With comprehensive event facilities, including a grand ballroom and meeting rooms, the hotel is poised to host corporate and social events.

Its strategic location provides easy access to key landmarks, ensuring convenience for all guests.

“Having been part of the Marriott family for several years, this rebranding feels like a homecoming and I’m thrilled to bring that same culture of care and consistency to this exciting transformation,” said Olwin Desouza, General Manager. It’s an exciting opportunity to bring Marriott’s trusted standards and global recognition to Dubai Production City. This transition is not just about a new name - it’s about redefining the guest experience with a sense of familiarity, connection, and excellence that Marriott is known for worldwide. With Marriott Bonvoy now live, this marks just the beginning of an inspiring journey ahead of our 2026 relaunch.” -TradeArabia News Service
