Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, has signed SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, set to open this month (November 2025). The resort will be the brand’s first all-inclusive property outside of Europe and Ennismore’s debut lifestyle hotel in the rapidly developing emirate.
The signing reinforces Ennismore’s commitment to expanding its global footprint in the fast-growing lifestyle all-inclusive segment. The group now boasts a portfolio of more than 60 resorts open and in development, representing over 25,000 rooms worldwide.
Nestled along Ras Al Khaimah’s lavish coastline, the fashion-rooted SO/ Ras Al Khaimah will be a stylish getaway against the backdrop of the Arabian Sea. The property features 257 bedrooms and suites, each offering uninterrupted sea views. The design blends sartorial signatures with local culture, employing a rich colour palette of sunset oranges, sandy stone shades and deep ocean teal, complemented by light walnut wood and bronze metal detailing.
The hotel offers five curated culinary experiences including The Market, a casual all-day restaurant; Chiano for Mediterranean cuisine; Hadaba, an elegant Levantine restaurant; Floating World, a speciality Japanese and Pan-Asian venue; and Savant, a high-end cocktail bar with live entertainment on the 10th floor.
The resort also features two pool bars, a dedicated spa and wellness area, a fully equipped gym and purpose-built spaces for meetings and events, including a function hall for up to 345 guests.
The resort sits at the entrance of Al Marjan Island, set to be the first of a series of new luxury lifestyle resorts there. Guests will have easy access to the area’s natural splendour, including dune walks and kayaking, alongside new developments featuring designer boutiques and exclusive entertainment.
Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism sector is booming, having welcomed a record-breaking 1.28 million overnight visitors in 2024, driving a 12 per cent surge in tourism revenues, as the emirate works towards a target of 3.5 million annual visitors by 2030.
The SO/ launch builds on the success of existing all-inclusive resorts but will bring a fresh take with design and food and beverage at the core of the experience.
