Dubai Festival City is a waterfront urban community offering shopping, dining, entertainment, homes, schools, hotels, offices and leisure all in one place. This Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate development project covers 1,300 acres and stretches three kilometres along the historic Dubai Creek.

Festival Centre, a 2.8 million sq ft urban retail resort, forms the epicentre of Dubai Festival City, and the latest offering from this centre is a concierge shopping experience.

The shopping centre offers more than 400 stores including high end stores such as Lancel, Kenzo, Carolina Herrera and Villa Moda, and more than 60 places to eat.

Visitors to the Festival Centre can make use of a range of Concierge services available to all customers. There is valet parking, plus a limousine service providing a choice between a Range Rover or a Jaguar. The concierge service can also arrange jet transport, a helicopter ride or for a more tranquil visit to the centre, yachts can be arranged around the Festival Marina. Along Canal Walk there is a complimentary abra service. Other exclusive services from the concierge department include wheelchair hire at no extra cost, business facilities including faxing, printing and scanning, courtesy telephones, a trolley valet where guests can leave their shopping bags free of charge during the centre’s opening hours, a bellboy assistant to help with carrying purchases, free of charge.

Concierge desks are located by the VIP entrance on ground and first levels. Dubai Festival City also comprises eight international hotels, residential communities, two international schools, business parks, automotive showrooms, an 18 hole championship golf course and a Four Seasons Golf Club.
