Skydiving world champions crowned in Abu Dhabi

More than 250 elite athletes representing over 30 countries convened at CLYMB Abu Dhabi last month

The Emirates EASA International Parachuting Championships 2026 (EEIPC 2026) came to a spectacular close last month at CLYMB Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Hosted by CLYMB Abu Dhabi in collaboration with the EASA and the Emirates Aerosports Federation, the second official EEIPC World Skydiving Championships welcomed more than 250 elite athletes representing over 30 countries. 

Across five championship events, competitors delivered breathtaking performances inside the world’s largest indoor skydiving flight chamber, showcasing extraordinary levels of speed, precision and teamwork across multiple disciplines.

With competitors representing nations including Australia, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United States and many more, EEIPC 2026 reaffirmed Abu Dhabi’s growing reputation as a global hub for major global sporting events and entertainment.
