Jet Airways begins 10th UAE-India route

JET Airways will begin daily flights from Sharjah, UAE,  to Thiruvananthapuram in India from October 30, 2011.

The carrier currently operates a daily service from Sharjah to Kochi and this will be its 10th daily offering from the UAE to India and the 22nd Jet Airways flight from the Gulf to India.

The airline will deploy Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the new route, offering 16 premiere and 138 economy seats and guaranteeing a best-in-class product with warm service, award-winning in-flight entertainment and high-standard cuisine.

The additional flight will provide customers with an even wider choice of timings throughout the day between the UAE and India with the flights conveniently scheduled to connect with Jet Airways’ industry-leading domestic network and its fast-growing network across Asia.

Jet Airways’ Gulf network now serves 10 destinations in the Middle Eastern region. The additional services to Thiruvananthapuram will complement the airline’s existing daily Gulf operations from Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Doha, Kuwait, Muscat and Sharjah, as well as Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam to Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kochi.

Jet Airways currently operates to 24 International destinations.
