Wizz Air, Europe low-cost airline, has announced two new routes from Gdansk, Poland starting October 28, offering direct flights to Madrid, Spain and Catania, Italy.

Wizz Air, Europe low-cost airline, has announced two new routes from Gdansk, Poland starting October 28, offering direct flights to Madrid, Spain and Catania, Italy.
The new routes, scheduled three times a week, provide travellers with direct access to the Spanish capital and the Sicilian coast.
These new routes strengthen Wizz Air's presence in Gdańsk Lech Walesa Airport, one of its six operational bases in Poland.
Since 2004, Wizz Air has operated over 8,000 flights to and from Gdansk, with nearly 1.7 million bookings in the first half of 2025.
With eight aircraft bases in Gdansk, Wizz Air supports regional mobility and tourism development.
