Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island has appointed Loiy Hanna as Cluster Director of Human Resources. With over seven years of experience, Hanna has a proven track record of fostering high-performance cultures across multiple properties.
He will oversee the human resources function across the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Cluster, including Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences.
His responsibilities will include talent management, team member well-being, learning and development, and implementing innovative HR initiatives aligned with Hilton's global standards.
Hanna holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Jordan.
He began his career with Hilton as an HR Coordinator at Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa in Jordan and later gained regional exposure as an HR Specialist in International Talent Acquisition at Arab Bank.
He returned to Hilton as HR Manager for Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa and King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre, where he successfully led HR operations.
Hanna 's appointment comes at a critical time for the cluster, as Yas Island continues to strengthen its position as a leading regional destination for leisure, entertainment, and hospitality.
