Alteo and Sunlife have announced that they will be partnering with Sunlife as the new management partner for Anahita Golf & Spa Resort and Anahita Golf, located on Mauritius' east coast.
 
This partnership is a strategic step in the development of Anahita as a leading lifestyle and golf destination in the Indian Ocean.
 
For over 15 years, Anahita has been a flagship project for Alteo, representing its commitment to sustainable and integrated development in the region.
 
The collaboration brings renewed energy to the destination, combining Sunlife's operational excellence, regional partnerships, and hospitality expertise to support Anahita's future ambitions.
 
Anahita Golf & Spa Resort offers a combination of residential, resort, and golf experiences in one unique setting. Under General Manager Christophe Ramdiane, the property includes a luxury resort with spacious suites and villas, a wide range of leisure and wellness amenities, and direct access to Île aux Cerfs Leisure Island & Golf Club.
 
Anahita Golf, under General Manager Tristan Freslon, features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ernie Els, practice facilities, golf academy, and clubhouse services, and direct access to Île aux Cerfs Golf Club.
 
Alteo and Sunlife are working closely together to ensure a smooth transition for team members, homeowners, guests, and partners.
 
A five-year development roadmap is being finalised, with planned investments to upgrade infrastructure and enhance amenities.
