Saudi Arabia’s hotel market to add 94,500 rooms: report

The number of hotel rooms in Saudi Arabia is set to expand significantly from the current stock of 171,650 keys, with around 94,500 additional rooms under construction or at advanced planning stages, following a stellar year in which the Kingdom’s travel and tourism industry grew by 32%, according to a report by Knight Frank, a property consultancy firm.
Oman’s hotel revenues for 3–5 star category reach $773m in 2025

Revenues for hotels classified within the 3 to 5-star category in Oman rose by 22.2 per cent by the end of December 2025, reaching approximately RO 297.3 million ($773. 2 million) compared to the same period in 2024. Hotel occupancy rates also increased to 56.7 per cent, up from 49.9 per cent during the corresponding period in 2024.
