PKF hospitality group, an international market leader in hotel, living, tourism and leisure consulting, is expanding with a new office in Madrid to cover the Iberian Peninsula.
The heads of PKF hospitality in Spain are Gabriele Kiessling and Stephan Reichelt. “Hotel investments in Spain have exceeded pre-pandemic levels and reached a total of €3.2 billion. 2022 is confirming this trend with a robust pipeline of deals in place, and still more under negotiation. Gabriele Kiessling joined PKF hospitality group in Madrid in January 2021. As Managing Director, she leads the activities on the Iberian Peninsula and, as Head of Feasibility Studies & Valuations, she leads the corresponding teams globally.
Stephan Reichelt joined PKF hospitality group in Madrid in January 2021. He brings over 25 years of consulting and operational experience within international hospitality management companies.
