InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) recently launched its new IHG Business Rewards promotion, offering members the opportunity to earn 75,000 bonus points at participating IHG hotels worldwide.

To coincide with the six-month anniversary of the launch of IHG Business Rewards, members can earn up to 75,000 bonus IHG Rewards Club points when booking accommodation, meetings and events, as well as social bookings for others until November 30 this year for events and stays until January 1, 2016.

Nick Barton, chief commercial officer, Asia, Middle East and Africa, IHG says: 'Rewarding our business and meetings bookers with bonus point offers like this is our way of adding even more value at our hotels, and saying thank you to those hosting events with us, from business meetings and conferences to corporate social bookings.

'This offer is designed especially to reward our members by earning bonus reward points faster than ever before, so that they can enjoy redeeming their points in a range of ways.'

With their newly acquired promotional bonus points, bookers can look forward to enjoying more benefits from a generous range of redemption options available in the IHG Rewards Club global catalogue, from hotel stays, air travel and electronic goods, to brand name merchandise and restaurant gift certificates.

TWICE AS REWARDING

IHG has announced a new Mice/group campaign called ‘Two cities: twice as rewarding’, for companies booking business in Dubai and Abu Dhabi until December 13 for events until March 31, 2016.

Mice/group bookings made this season with IHG properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai will be more rewarding than ever before. With added incentives the 20 properties across these two dynamic cities are twice as rewarding for both the company and the person making the booking.

Reward one, for the company, means that any Mice/group booking made at a UAE hotel are rewarded with a credit voucher redeemable at that same hotel from the second quarter 2016 onwards in. Credit vouchers start from 3 per cent of the booking value and can go up to 10 per cent.

Reward two, for the person responsible for the booking, offers a tiered series of IHG Rewards Club bonus points, starting from 500 and reaching as high as 75,000 through IHG Business Rewards.

With both of these cities being key business destinations in the region, companies will have the luxury to choose from an array of IHG properties. From the restful Al Badia Golf Club by InterContinental Dubai Festival City to the buzzing Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha, there is an option to meet all needs and suit all tastes.
