The Brionj Luxury Hotel Collection has entered the German market last month with the opening of The Baltic View. Located on the scenic coast of Rügen, the property marks a strategic expansion for both the Brionj brand and its parent group, Grand Metropolitan Hotels.
Positioned as a curated Signature House, the property moves away from standardised hotel models, offering a hybrid between high-end private living and traditional luxury hospitality.
The Baltic View consists of 14 expansive luxury apartments, with floor plans reaching up to 160 square meters. Designed for discerning travellers seeking a slower and more mindful travel experience, each unit features its own sauna and fireplace; a minimalist, contemporary aesthetic featuring high-quality materials and expansive glass elements to maximise sea views; dedicated concierge service and the option for a private chef on request.
Guests will also benefit from an integrated resort experience, receiving exclusive access to the spa facilities at the adjacent The Shoreline Resort. These facilities include a heated indoor pool, Finnish sauna, sanarium, infrared sauna, and a fitness area.
The project was developed by Ventis and its subsidiary VELA Hotels, which will also manage the property.
