Maldivian-owned hospitality group Versa Hospitality has launched Versa Keys, a tiered loyalty programme designed to reward guests for their stays and engagement across its growing international portfolio of hotels and resorts.
Launched across all properties on October 2026, the
programme introduces four membership levels: Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum,
with benefits increasing according to the number of nights guests accumulate
across Versa Collection and Niva properties worldwide.
The initiative forms part of Versa Hospitality's strategy to
strengthen guest relationships and enhance customer loyalty as the group
expands internationally.
New destinations will automatically join the programme upon
opening, allowing members to earn qualifying nights and access benefits across
the entire portfolio.
Visha Mahir, CEO of Versa Hospitality, said: "Versa
Keys reflects everything we believe travel should be. It rewards the moments
that matter—the time guests invest, the experiences they seek out and the
memories they leave with. As we grow, the programme grows with them: every stay
across every destination counts, and every tier unlocks something more
meaningful."
Under the programme, guests are automatically enrolled as
members following their first check-in, with qualifying nights accumulated
across all participating properties.
The entry-level Member tier covers one to six nights, while
Silver membership begins at seven nights and provides enhanced arrival
privileges, early check-in subject to availability, and discounts on food and
beverages, spa treatments, excursions and laundry services.
Gold membership requires 48 or more nights and includes all
Silver benefits, an additional five per cent discount on eligible services, a
curated experience for two per stay and guaranteed late check-out until 4pm.
The highest tier, Platinum, is available to guests
accumulating at least 84 nights. Benefits include all Gold privileges, an
additional five to 10 per cent discount on food and beverages, spa treatments
and excursions, discounts on in-villa dining and minibar purchases, and
guaranteed late check-out until 6pm.
Versa Hospitality said the programme is designed to provide
a straightforward membership experience, with resort teams supporting guests by
explaining available benefits and identifying opportunities to earn rewards
throughout their stays.
Through Versa Keys, the group aims to establish a unified loyalty structure across its international properties, allowing frequent guests to accumulate rewards and access increasingly personalised benefits regardless of destination. -TradeArabia News Service
