S4BT – Solutions for Business Travel, the European corporate travel group including CDS, Goelett, CRC, TMS, SIAP, Methodica, and Trevium, has expanded its global footprint by acquiring Travel Centric Technology, the London-based parent company of HotelHub.

HotelHub is a hotel technology platform serving travel management companies (TMCs).

This acquisition positions S4BT as the world’s largest corporate hotel booking powerhouse, enhancing its geographical reach, technological capabilities, and market engagement.

With HotelHub, S4BT now encompasses eight specialised corporate travel brands, handles over $5 billion in annual hotel booking value, manages more than 60,000 bookings per day, accesses over 2 million properties worldwide, and employs 700 staff, half of whom focus on technology and product development.

S4BT provides TMCs, corporates, and the wider business travel ecosystem with a fully integrated technology platform covering sourcing, booking, customer care, payment, invoicing, and financial control.

The Group’s interoperable, open-API architecture allows partners to retain control of distribution and client relationships while accessing global content and advanced transaction capabilities.

The acquisition strengthens S4BT’s strategic objectives by extending its presence in the UK, deepening engagement with international TMCs, enhancing R&D capacity, and integrating HotelHub’s infrastructure with S4BT’s platforms.

AI-driven rate optimisation, automated reconciliation, and hotel performance intelligence are expected to boost efficiency, operational control, and revenue quality for TMC partners globally.

“Our ambition is clear: to build the most integrated and technologically advanced business travel platform,” said Ziad Minkara, Founder and Group CEO of S4BT. “The acquisition of HotelHub is a decisive step in that direction. It takes S4BT into a new league, strengthens our position and establishes a solid presence in the UK. This is not an endpoint, but a foundation on which we will continue to invest, integrate and execute.”

Jay Virdee, CEO of HotelHub, added: “Joining S4BT allows HotelHub to accelerate its mission at a new scale. By combining our distribution technology with S4BT’s operational expertise and financial capabilities, we can deliver greater value to TMCs and their corporate clients across the globe.” -TradeArabia News Service
