The Ancient Kingdoms Festival in AlUla will run from November 20 to December 6, 2025, celebrating 200,000 years of history under the theme "Journeys Through Time."
The festival transforms AlUla into an open-air museum, showcasing ancient civilizations through immersive experiences, including markets and traditional cuisine. Key attractions include the award-winning Hegra After Dark, offering a sensory journey at Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the limited-time Hegra Drone Show from November 20 to 29, featuring stunning projections. Musical performances by renowned artists such as YOSHIKI and Jon Batiste will also take place. Visitors can explore the Nabataean landscapes through adventures like the Hegra Geology Hike and family-friendly tours. Additional experiences include nighttime explorations at Jabal Ikmah and the interactive Incense Road Experience.
