The Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) announced the calendar of events for Diriyah Season 2025–2026, a cultural and tourism initiative celebrating Diriyah’s rich heritage and historic legacy.

The announcement was made during a media event held in Diriyah, which also saw the launch of the season’s new identity that blends history, culture, arts, and innovation, reported SPA.

The programmes, set to begin on November 1, 2025, will welcome the world with the authentic spirit of Saudi hospitality.

The new identity draws its inspiration from Wadi Hanifah—a timeless source of knowledge and creativity—and from Diriyah’s historic significance as the birthplace of the First Saudi State.

It embodies the concept of cultural convergence that reflects the values of leadership, pride, and generosity.
This year’s season features more than ten programmes held across historical and natural sites, designed to global standards to offer an exceptional experience for all audiences.

The programmes narrate a story that bridges the authenticity of the past with the creativity of the present, reflecting the values of unity and pride in Diriyah’s deep-rooted national identity.

Diriyah Season forms part of the DGDA’s comprehensive strategy to strengthen Diriyah’s status as the “Birthplace of the Saudi State” and as a permanent hub for cultural activity.

It aims to reinforce Diriyah’s global presence and support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to advance the tourism and culture sectors as key drivers of sustainable development and the creative economy in the Kingdom.
