From free fitness classes and breast cancer awareness activities to indoor entertainment, independent shopping and waterfront dining, there are options for residents and visitors looking to explore the city throughout the month.

Outdoor Events and Community Activities

Fitness enthusiasts can join a free F45 bootcamp at The Plaza, Uptown Dubai, on October 24, from 8am to 10am.

Led by the F45 Springs Souk team, the session is open to all fitness levels, with advance booking required.

On October 25, Times Square Center will host the third edition of Pink Power, a free event marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Running from 10am to 8pm, the programme includes medical check-ups, awareness talks with healthcare specialists, live performances, workshops, a community flash mob and a pop-up market featuring local businesses.

The event supports the Al Jalila Foundation’s breast cancer awareness campaign.

Its play areas encourage creative exploration, imaginative play and learning through activities.

For shoppers, Boom & Mellow’s boutiques at Town Centre Jumeirah and The Springs Souk feature jewellery, fashion and accessories from independent designers.
