The Hari Hong Kong has joined Vignette Collection, IHG Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio of independent luxury properties, marking a new chapter for the 210-room hotel in Wan Chai.
The move connects the hotel to IHG’s global distribution
network and IHG One Rewards loyalty programme.
It follows the recent announcement that The Hari Hong Kong,
The Hari London and the upcoming The Hari Singapore would join Vignette
Collection, expanding a partnership between the Harilela Group and IHG that
spans more than five decades.
Standing 30 storeys on Lockhart Road, The Hari Hong Kong
features interiors by British designer Tara Bernerd and offers 210 guest rooms,
including three rooftop signature suites, with views across Wan Chai, Causeway
Bay, The Peak and Victoria Harbour.
The hotel’s dining offering includes Italian restaurant
Lucciola, Japanese restaurant Zoku, The Terrace bar and The Lounge, an all-day
space featuring books and artworks.
The Hari Hong Kong also maintains a strong focus on art,
culture, community and sustainability through initiatives including The Hari
Art Prize, The Hari Chronicles and its neighbourhood audio tour, which
encourages guests to explore lesser-known parts of the city.
"The
Hari embodies relaxed elegance punctuated by eccentricity, wit, culture and
intuitive, heartfelt hospitality,” said Dr. Aron Harilela, Chairman and CEO of
Harilela Group. “Joining the Vignette Collection preserves The Hari’s
one-of-a-kind character while connecting the brand to a global community of travellers
who value individuality and authenticity.” -TTN
