World Trade Center Cairo Company and Ennismore have signed Rixos and Rixos Living World Trade Center Cairo, redeveloping the iconic Nile-front complex into a lifestyle-led urban destination. Opening in phases from 2027, the project will include a Rixos hotel and serviced residences, marking the global debut of Rixos Living. Located on the Nile Corniche with strong access to the CBD, major landmarks and Cairo International Airport, the two-tower development will offer 364 keys (176 hotel rooms, 188 residences). It will feature six F&B concepts and a renovated World Trade Center Mall managed by Rixos, targeting corporate, leisure and long-stay demand.
