Anantara The Palm expands F&B leadership

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort has announced two key appointments within its food and beverage department, bringing global expertise and creative vision to enhance the resort’s acclaimed dining portfolio. Ruggiero Gissi has been appointed Chef de Cuisine at The Beach House. He brings over 12 years of international culinary experience across Italy, Thailand, Kazakhstan, and the UAE.

Grecia Kreis has been appointed Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing the resort’s dining operations. Most recently, Kreis contributed to the pre-opening of Address Beach Resort.
