Marriott to launch Dubai’s first JW Marriott Residences
CG Developers, CG Corp Global's real estate arm, has secured a contract to construct the first JW Marriott Residence in Dubai, featuring 115 exclusive ocean-view homes in the Dubai Islands.

CG Developers, the real estate arm of CG Corp Global, has signed a contract to develop the first JW Marriott Residence in Dubai.
The development, which is set in the heart of the Dubai Islands, will feature 115 exclusive ocean-view residences, designed as 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes.
The development, which is part of Marriott International's renowned service philosophy and global presence, will offer a seamless ownership opportunity and will feature a rooftop pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf, rejuvenating spa rooms, a fully equipped fitness centre, sophisticated lounges, JW Market Cafe, and bespoke concierge services.
The JW Marriott Residences will offer a distinctive lifestyle in the archipelago, which is rapidly emerging as Dubai's next sought-after destination.
The development will be seamlessly connected to the city's main arterial roads via dedicated bridges, providing easy access to key locations, with completion expected by early 2028.
