Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai and Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach, Dubai have appointed Haitham Ebeid as the new Cluster Director of Revenue Strategy, bringing over two decades of hospitality experience and strategic commercial leadership to the team.
 
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Haitham will lead the overall revenue strategy with a focus on optimizing pricing, forecasting, and distribution to drive sustained commercial growth. He has held key leadership roles in revenue management across renowned global hospitality brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, Autograph Collection by Marriott, and St. Regis. His most recent position was as Cluster Director of Revenue Strategy for Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection and Habtoor Polo Resort, where he consistently delivered outstanding results through innovative revenue strategies and market-driven insights.
 
Haitham's diverse experience across the Middle East and Europe includes significant achievements in market share growth, strategic pricing, distribution channel optimization, and commercial planning. His leadership has been widely recognized in the industry most notably with the “Revenue Management Leader of the Year 2023” award for Premium Properties in Marriott International’s EMEA region.
