The all-suite Aman Dubai will also feature some Aman Dubai Residences

Aman, an ultra-luxury hospitality brand offering a collection of intimate retreats, has announced its newest property, Aman Dubai, in the Jumeirah 2 neighbourhood – currently home to Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.

Currently in the development phase, the all-suite Aman Dubai will occupy a prestigious shoreline setting with an expansive private beach and will also feature a limited number of Aman branded residences, an extensive Aman Spa over 2,000 sq m in size, several choices of restaurants, as well as an Aman Club.

“Dubai stands as a global city, leading the charge in dynamic evolution, offering an array of experiences for both visitors and residents alike,” Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman, said.

“Responding to the requests from Aman guests for our presence in Dubai has long been part of my growth vision. Securing the optimal site was paramount to ensure the delivery of our unparallelled service and authentic experiences, for which we are world-renowned.

“I am delighted that we have collaborated with Bright Start who have a profound understanding of this market, to bring to life the essence of Aman in this exceptional location.”

The project’s owner, Bright Start (same owners as Four Season Resort Dubai), is a distinguished real estate investment company with a curated portfolio of real estate assets, including a diverse offering of residential developments, commercial venues, and high-end hospitality projects.

H&H Development, a leading real estate developer with a proven track record in the UAE, is leading the delivery.

Designed by KHA (Kerry Hill Architects), Aman Dubai will have a prime coastal position directly on Jumeirah Beach with unobstructed panoramic views of the azure water and Dubai’s skyline. With nine acres of verdant gardens, Aman Dubai will showcase the brand’s much-loved minimal and contemporary design aesthetic, making use of natural materials and clean lines to frame the cityscape and waterfront views.

A distinct resort experience blending the tranquillity of Aman with Arabian hospitality, it draws inspiration from the region’s architectural and cultural heritage. The design features local stone in a palette of desert tones and connects subterranean spaces and courtyards to extensive sublime gardens that descend to the beach and extend to private living spaces.

“We are thrilled to bring the first Aman to Dubai. Aman is a leading lifestyle brand inspired by providing a seamless level of service and experience that is known worldwide. The brand’s vision aligns with our strategy to bring exceptional experiences to the city,” said Shahab Lutfi, CEO of Bright Start.

“Situated in a prime location in Jumeirah 2, Aman epitomises elevated living with the azure expanse of the sea and the vastness of the sky, and residents will be immersed in a world where every detail is meticulously curated. As part of our innovative approach to beachfront development, Aman represents a harmonious synthesis of nature, art, and luxury, inviting visitors and residents alike to embark on a journey of unparalleled indulgence and sophistication,” continued Lutfi.

Aman in the region

Dubai is just the latest stop in Aman’s regional journey, with several confirmed projects in Saudi Arabia, including a brand debut on the sea in partnership with Cruise Saudi.

Aman AlUla is expected to open in next year (2025) in the ancient Arabic oasis city located in Madinah Province of Saudi Arabia, followed by Aman AlUla Tented Camps (2026) and Janu AlUla (2027).

Janu Diriyah is scheduled for a 2026 opening and Aman Wadi Safar in 2026.

Luxury motor yacht, Aman at Sea, anticipated to launch in 2027, will set a new standard in waterborne voyages. This joint venture with Cruise Saudi recently held a traditional steel cutting ceremony at the T.Mariotti shipyard in Genoa, Italy, marking the beginning of construction.
