Saudi NDMC closes $2.76bn March sukuk issuance
Saudi Arabia's National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the closure of March 2022 issuance under the SR-denominated sukuk programme. The sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches with the total size set at SR10.375 billion ($2.76 billion).
National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the closure of March 2022 issuance under the Saudi government SR-denominated sukuk programme.
The sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches of SR3.575 billion ($952 million) and SR6.8 billion ($1.81 billion) respectively with a total issuance size set at SR10.375 billion billion ($2.76 billion), said a statement from the NDMC.
The first tranche will mature in 2030, while the second tranche's maturity is set for 2034, it added.
