Kempinski Hotels has appointed Andras Biro, a hospitality industry veteran, as the new general manager of The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore.Biro, born and raised in Hungary, joins the luxury hotel in Singapore from his latest position in Russia, where he was General Manager of Kempinski Grand Hotel Gelendzhik.
