The First Collection at JVC Dubai opens

The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) has officially opened, bringing with it an exciting addition to the hospitality scene in the up-and-coming precinct of Dubai.

The hotel opening also marks some highly anticipated additions to the licensed restaurant offering in Jumeirah Village Circle. Headlining its dining venues, Santè Ria Restaurant & Bar is a Latino-inspired eatery that serves fresh flavours embodying the heart and soul of South America. A must-try dish is Tiradito Al Aji Amarillo, a Peruvian-style cured sea bass with coriander and sweet potato. The venue’s selection of beverages from the region are not to be missed, along with the panoramic city views from the terrace.

 

Located on the Mezzanine level of the hotel, Village Bistro is a vibrant, family-friendly venue that features an extensive à la carte menu inspired by cuisine from the South of France. Guests will also enjoy ambient alfresco dining on the terrace, along with live music and daily specials that will be launching soon.
