InterContinental Abu Dhabi and InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi have secured five titles at the World Travel Awards 2026, recognising their performance across business travel, serviced apartments and hotel residences.

Dhabi was named Middle East’s Leading Business Hotel 2026 and Abu Dhabi’s
Leading Business Hotel 2026. InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi won three
awards: Middle East’s Leading Serviced Apartments 2026, United Arab Emirates’
Leading Hotel Residences 2026 and Abu Dhabi’s Leading Hotel Residences 2026.
The recognition comes
as InterContinental Abu Dhabi marks its 45th year in the capital. Opened in
1981, the waterfront property has evolved into a destination serving business
and leisure travellers, as well as meetings and events.
