Bahrain Airport Services (BAS), the leading aviation service provider in the kingdom, said it has recently renewed major international accreditations, including the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) certification.
The ISAGO certification covers critical areas of airport ground operations, including organisational management, staff training, cargo and mail handling, baggage processing, apron and passenger services, and load control.BAS’ continued accreditation reflects the strength of its operational systems and its dedication to maintaining globally benchmarked procedures throughout its service portfolio, said a statement from the company.This renewal reaffirms BAS’s status as a certified provider of ground handling services aligned with the highest international standards, it stated.BAS has consistently maintained its ISAGO accreditation and registration since 2009, demonstrating its long-standing commitment to applying global best practices across all facets of its ground operations.This achievement is aligned with the company’s strategy to continuously enhance service quality, ensure operational safety, and uphold security across its processes, further solidifying the Kingdom’s standing as a premier aviation and logistics hub in the region, said the statement.
