The award honours organisations integrating sustainability into daily operations while setting global benchmarks for responsible leadership. Guided by Pullman Hotels & Resorts’ Sustainability Savoir-Faire, the resort has implemented key initiatives including eliminating single-use plastics, water conservation through Airowater Atmospheric Water Generators and reusable glass bottling, local and sustainable sourcing supported by a Chef’s Garden, smart energy-efficiency measures, animal welfare feeding initiatives and community engagement with local artists and Emirati talent.
