Erth Abu Dhabi has appointed Clarke Tomlinson as Chief Operating Officer, a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the UAE, UK, and Australia, specialising in large-scale operations and diverse teams.
Erth Abu Dhabi, a landmark destination in Abu Dhabi, has promoted Clarke Tomlinson to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) starting July 2025.
Tomlinson possesses over 20 years of global experience within hospitality across the UAE, UK, and Australia, where he has managed large-scale operations, multi-site catering, and led diverse teams.
Some of his strongest suits are his capability to deliver P&L performance and build meaningful relationships with clients—traits that demonstrate his ability to be an influential leader.
Since joining Erth in 2023 as a general manager of hospitality within the corporate catering division, he has continued to raise the bar by driving innovation in catering operations, improving profitability, and also introducing new service verticals.
His leadership, analytical thinking, and commitment to excellence within all facets have been crucial in positioning the corporate catering business for scalable growth.
