The event, organised by the Ministry of Sport's Aseer branch, aimed to promote healthy living and showcase the natural and cultural landmarks of the Aseer Region.
Abha was chosen due to its status as a leading tourist destination and its mild climate.
The event featured three competitive routes of 5km, 10km, and 21km, with male and female participants competing in an enthusiastic atmosphere.
