Delphine Cravotto has been appointed the Hotel Manager of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. Prior to this, she spent much of her career working at Paris’ Park Hyatt Vendome. Cravotto’s tenure has been punctuated with multiple achievements, including securing ‘Hotel of the Year’ and the ‘Palace Label’ for the property.
