Chef Sinju Varghese has been appointed as the new executive chef of Al Raha Beach Hotel, a five-star beachfront resort in Abu Dhabi. He is responsible for overseeing all the culinary activities at various dining outlets in the hotel. Chef Varghese was declared the Chef of the Year in 2014.
