Ultima Collection has announces the addition of three new properties to its portfolio across Switzerland.

Set to open in 2024 and 2025, Ultima Geneva Quai Wilson, Ultima Gstaad Promenade, and Ultima Cologny will further solidify the collection’s strong presence in the country, a statement said.

Situated on the southwest shore of Lac Leman, and set to open its doors in April 2024, Ultima Quai Wilson is a unique lake-side city break, boasting a modern collection of five private full-floor apartments, representing the epitome of style in the heart of the city, blending period features and elegant contemporary design.

The five residences, ranging from three to six bedrooms, each offer full privacy and exclusivity, simultaneously with a five-star service. Each refined apartment is comprised of the finest of materials from Italy. The interiors offer subtle variation of palette and texture, with fine wooden flooring, rich textiles, and dramatic chandelier lighting, exuding warm earth tones and opulent touches throughout. Guests will enjoy the comfort of spacious bedroom suites, with master spanning more than 26 square meters and affording lake views to match those to be enjoyed from the living areas. Additionally, the property boasts an indulgent wellness area including a jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and two private treatment rooms.

In Gstaad, where the group started in 2016, and with a prime position right on the Promenade, Ultima Gstaad Promenade is set to be the biggest and most luxurious private chalet in the upscale village in June 2024. The chalet boasts an abundance of space over four floors, with eight-bedroom suites and a self-contained guest house with one bedroom, two expansive living rooms with a full wrap-around balcony and a mesmerising open fireplace. The property also counts with an entertainment area with a cinema, playroom, arcade, and a bar, as well as a wellness space with a spa, a sauna, an indoor swimming pool, and Hammam, for the mind, body, and soul.

The design and interiors of Ultima Gstaad Promenade are timelessly elegant, refined and yet cosy, reflecting Gstaad’s pristine village marriage of elegance and simplicity. The finest materials have been curated and crafted to create a showstopping backdrop to welcome the finest of Alpine experiences, with rich tones and textures to soothe and stimulate.

For early 2025, nestled in the greenery of Cologny, Geneva’s most exclusive enclave, Ultima Cologny comprises two spectacular lake-side villas that embody sleek, sophisticated design,  and elevated contemporary living on a grand scale.

With an ultra-modern look and feel, the villas open out to embrace inspiring Lake Geneva views with floor-to-ceiling glass. Built over three floors, the villa’s gallery-like interiors are filled with the most luxurious of furnishings rich in texture, with a mix of marbles, leather, and wood in warming tones with glistening metal accents and sculptural lighting. The ground floor features an expansive 64 sq m living area filled with light and featuring landscaped internal patios connecting to a mesmerising 14-m outdoor swimming pool, an open kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms, with the remaining four en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. The basement floor features a full floor of wellness and entertainment, with a cinema, games room, bar, Hammam, sauna, treatment room and fitness room.

All three properties benefit from the Ultima Signature Services, where guests are enabled to revel in the extraordinary living experience, personalised to their taste. Services are adapted to the property and the client’s requirements for their stay.

Byron Baciocchi, Co-Founder of Ultima Collection, said: “We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our portfolio in Switzerland, where it all started with Ultima Gstaad in 2016, with three new ultra-luxe properties across Gstaad and Geneva.”

“As a brand, we are on a mission to continuously elevate the traditional hospitality sector and set the trend in tailored, luxury living with ultra-luxury homes in exclusively prime locations. We look forward to welcoming the world’s most sophisticated clients to Ultima Quai Wilson, Ultima Gstaad Promenade, and Ultima Cologny in the coming years.” added Baciocchi. - TradeArabia News Service
