The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) will host the 10th edition of the Mother of the Nation (MOTN) Festival from November 28, 2026, to January 3, 2027, bringing more than five weeks of family entertainment across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra.
Organised by Brag, the festival’s “World of Wonder” edition
will introduce three new themed zones in Abu Dhabi City, alongside new rides,
gaming experiences, live performances and food concepts making their Abu Dhabi
debut.
The festival will run at Al Mugheirah Bay in Al Dhafra and
Al Jahili Park in Al Ain from 28 November to 2 December.
Abu Dhabi Corniche will host the event from 9 December 2026
to 3 January 2027.
The Abu Dhabi City edition will feature three zones catering
to different audiences.
Melting Aurora will focus on younger visitors through
colourful, interactive experiences, while Beyond the Sky will target teenagers
and young adults with immersive activities.
The Golden Hour will offer experiences for all ages,
including culinary concepts, entertainment, shopping and live performances.
Visitors can also expect returning family favourites, new
attractions, art installations and live music featuring local and international
artists.
Curated retail offerings will showcase culture, fashion and
creativity.
DCT Abu Dhabi said the festival aims to bring families and
communities together through entertainment, cultural experiences and
