Zeal Connect has launched Zeal CRM, an AI-first customer relationship management platform designed specifically for the travel industry, completing a technology suite that manages journeys from initial enquiry through booking and post-sale resolution.

The platform covers flights, hotels, packages, corporate travel and group bookings, and will be demonstrated alongside Zeal Desk for the first time at Arabian Travel Market in Dubai.

Zeal Connect said traditional travel technology has largely focused on automating the customer-facing sales process, while operational workflows remain heavily manual.

Agents often re-enter itinerary details across systems, teams manually follow up with suppliers and supervisors manage workloads by reviewing queues.

Zeal CRM is designed to address these challenges by using AI to structure enquiries, manage quote versions as customers make changes and integrate supplier pricing directly into the options being prepared by agents.

Once a deal is converted, it becomes a booking that moves into Zeal Desk, allowing teams to manage amendments, cancellations and escalations using live booking information.

The company describes the approach as creating a single record and intelligence layer throughout the travel lifecycle.

Zeal Desk and other Zeal products are already in production across India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe and Southeast Asia. Customers include EaseMyTrip, Go Global Travel, Tailor Beds, Akbar Travels, TripMax, Itrip and Peak Point, among others.

Rishabh Doshi, Managing Director, Classic Holidays, said:"For years, growth came with a cost attached more bookings meant more people. Zeal broke that link. We're handling around 40% more volume this year on the same team, and customers are getting answers faster than before.”

Yogesh Chaudhari, Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer, Zeal Connect, said:"Travel has always been an industry where the promise is made by software and kept by people working nights. The last decade of travel technology went into selling faster. The next belongs to companies that can keep what they sold at any volume, without adding a person for every thousand bookings." -TradeArabia News Service
