Hyatt joins Saudi Hospitality Talent programme

Hyatt has joined the Saudi Ministry of Tourism’s Hospitality Ambassadors programme, an initiative aimed at developing Saudi hospitality talent through international training at Hyatt-branded hotels across Asia.

In 2026, 20 Saudi employees from five Hyatt properties in the Kingdom will complete one-month assignments in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and China, gaining operational expertise, leadership skills and exposure to global hospitality best practices before returning to Saudi Arabia.

The programme offers two development pathways for experienced professionals and emerging leaders, with women making up 60% of the inaugural Hyatt cohort.

The initiative supports Saudi Vision 2030 and aligns with Hyatt’s expansion plans in the Kingdom, where it currently operates seven hotels and resorts and expects to triple its portfolio over the next five years.

Hyatt said the programme reinforces its long-term commitment to nurturing local talent and building future hospitality leaders in Saudi Arabia.
