Al-Wadi Resort in Saudi Arabia’s Aseer Region has inaugurated the Kingdom’s tallest fountain, the second tallest in the Middle East and third highest globally, reaching 120 metres.
Developed at a cost exceeding SAR16 million ($4.3 million), the fountain
uses more than 7 million litres of water and forms part of a
300,000-square-metre tourism project.
The resort features gardens, farms, restaurants, cafés,
entertainment venues and a heritage village showcasing Aseer’s culture.
A new museum highlighting the region’s history is set to
open next month.
The project supports Saudi Vision 2030 by promoting tourism
investment and strengthening Aseer’s position as a leading destination. -TradeArabia
