Dammam Airports has achieved international recognition after its asset management and institutional excellence project was named among the top five global projects in the Digital Transformation Project of the Year category at the 2026 Digital Revolution Awards in London.
The project competed against nearly 200 entries worldwide,
highlighting Dammam Airports’ progress in applying digital transformation
solutions to asset management.
The initiative developed an integrated digital asset
management system using data analytics and advanced technologies to improve
infrastructure reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term
sustainability.
Dammam Airports CEO Mohammed Al-Hassany said the recognition
reflects the company’s commitment to global best practices and the role of
digital transformation in strengthening airport operations.
He added that the achievement supports Saudi Arabia’s
aviation development goals under the Aviation Program, the National Transport
