Qatar CAA hosts Doha Aviation Summit

THE Doha Aviation Summit, organised by naseba and Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, will bring together internationally recognised associations, civil aviation authorities, ministries of aviation, airports, airlines and leading service providers to Doha at W Doha Hotels & Resorts from October 25 to 27.

Held under the patronage of His Excellency Abdul Aziz Al Noami, chairman of the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, the Summit is a collaborative effort between all parties in aviation to find solutions to the challenges faced, and determine the future for the industry.

The three day agenda includes discussions focusing on liberalisation, the economic crisis, aviation regulation, environmental issues and technological trends.

Al Noaimi said: “Our industry faces challenging times. Tough decisions must be made and strong leadership is essential. We are proud to be working in partnership with naseba to host this important and timely gathering of aviation thought leaders from around the globe discussing the most pressing issues facing the industry.”
