ATECA Hotels announces Uzbekistan hotel

ATECA Hotels, developed by UAE hotel experts, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tashkent-based Global Smart Investments (GSI) to manage the group’s first property in Uzbekistan under the ATECA 24/7 Hotels brand. Construction for the 98-room hotel, located in the prime Buyuk Ipak Yuli street, is expected to begin once the borders open for international travel after COVID-19.

ATECA 24/7 Hotel Tashkent will be an affordable lifestyle hotel, and its captivating urban aesthetic will be reflective of the modern look of Tashkent.

Four Season Hotel Casablanca reopens

Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca reopened its door to the public on July 15, 2020. The property welcomes guests back with stringent hygiene and safety measures in place so that they can relax with confidence. In addition to the routine cleaning and hygiene procedures carried out in all areas of the Hotel, a dedicated sanitation team will sterilise the common areas at regular intervals every day to ensure that guests continue to enjoy renowned Four Seasons comfort in a safe and secure environment.

Bvlgari announces a new hotel in Rome

Bvlgari has signed an agreement for a new hotel in Rome, scheduled to open in 2022. The new Roman hotel will be strategically located in the central Piazza Augusto Imperatore, in the very heart of the Campo Marzio neighborhood, next to the iconic Spanish Steps and the signature Bvlgari flagship boutique in Via Condotti.

The new Bvlgari Hotel Roma will occupy a magnificent building - owned by Edizione Properties - that was built between 1936 and 1938 and faces two of the most iconic Roman landmarks: the Ara Pacis and the Mausoleum of Augustus, the first Roman Imperator. The edifice reveals a monumental and modern architecture emphasized by the use of traditional Roman materials and colors, such as ochre Travertine marble and red brick.

The hotel will feature over 100 rooms, most of them suites. As a unique feature, the Bvlgari Hotel Roma will also present a Reading Room containing a collection of precious volumes dedicated to the history of jewellery, which will be open to guests and public by appointment only.

 

Kempinski Hotels expands clean partnership

Kempinski Hotels further expands its partnership with Clean the World, an international recycling initiative that donates soap to organisations around the world while protecting the environment from harmful waste. In the past six months more Kempinski hotels have joined the programme and the number continues to grow. Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group is committed to further enhance its activities in the field of recycling and helps to fight the spread of hygiene-related illnesses.
