The Pearl Assist Baggage delivery service is provided by the National Aviation Service and is open to all passengers flying any airline arriving at the Kuwait International Airport, also, the luggage can be delivered to any area in Kuwait. Passengers can avail of this new service by pre-booking online via www.fasttrack.aero or at the Pearl Assist Baggage delivery service counter located in the arrivals area at the airport.
The service aims to take the stress off passengers, keeping luggage safe and secure during the whole process. Bags are safely sealed at the luggage belt and scanned for tracking. The seal will be intact till the bags reach passengers’ doorstep. What’s more, passengers will receive SMS messages with status of the luggage at different stages of collection or delivery.
