Try the new Book Butler at The Savoy

The Savoy in London, has launched a brand new Book Butler service, which also includes the introduction of the property’s first ever literary ambassador, Damien Barr.

The Book Butler service is available for guests staying in a suite from next month (September) and guests can call upon their butler to cater for all their literary requests or gain useful insights into the latest books available.

All guests staying in the hotel will also have access to a revamped mini library, which will be curated by Damien Barr, as the property’s literary ambassador. The library will contain all the latest reads alongside much-loved titles from book worm colleagues within the hotel. There will also be in-room libraries available for children.

These new developments mark the literary heritage of the property and will be an additional service to guests so they can curl up with a book during their stay at the property – escaping to whatever world unfolds from the pages.
